Cancelling an Order
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to keep your order after receiving it, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
